PORK CRACKLING ANTIPASTO

This Tasty Antipasto is great for those guests you need to impress.
No-fuss and quickly put together.
Goes lovely with a nice glass of wine

Ingredients (Scotch Eggs)

  • 4 Cooked Scotch Eggs
  • 2 Bags (Scratch My Pork Smokey Flavour)
  • 200g Olives
  • 1 Small Bunch of Roasted Vine Cherry Tomatoes
  • 400g Local Artisan Cheese
  • 1 Jar of Relish
  • 6 Slices of Soda Bread or Brown Soda Bread

Method

  1. Cut Scotch egg and arrange on a board or plate.
  2. Place all other ingredient’s around the board or plate leaving gaps between each food item.
  3. Toast the bread and serve on a separate plate.
  4. Enjoy with your favourite drink.
