PORK CRACKLING ANTIPASTO

This Tasty Antipasto is great for those guests you need to impress.
No-fuss and quickly put together.
Goes lovely with a nice glass of wine
Ingredients (Scotch Eggs)
- 4 Cooked Scotch Eggs
- 2 Bags (Scratch My Pork Smokey Flavour)
- 200g Olives
- 1 Small Bunch of Roasted Vine Cherry Tomatoes
- 400g Local Artisan Cheese
- 1 Jar of Relish
- 6 Slices of Soda Bread or Brown Soda Bread
Method
- Cut Scotch egg and arrange on a board or plate.
- Place all other ingredient’s around the board or plate leaving gaps between each food item.
- Toast the bread and serve on a separate plate.
- Enjoy with your favourite drink.
