COMFORT FOOD – TOASTED GARLIC BREAD WITH BUFFALO MOZZARELLA, BASIL PESTO, AND SALT & VINEGAR SCRATCH MY PORK

Nothing better than a quick bite to eat that’s satisfying
when your busy and on the go.

Ingredients

  • 1 Round of Buffalo Mozzarella
  • 1 Bags (Scratch My Pork Salt & Vinegar Flavour) Chopped Roughly
  • 50g Basil Pesto
  • 100g Garlic Butter
  • 3 Slices of Soda Bread or Brown Soda Bread.

Method

  1. Toast the bread both sides under a grill or in a toaster.
  2. While the toast is hot, spread loads of garlic butter over one side of the toast.
  3. Slice the Mozzarella Ball into 9 even slices.
  4. Place on top of the toasted Garlic slices.
  5. Drizzle with Basil Pesto.
  6. Sprinkle lashings of Salt & Vinegar Scratch My Pork On top of each toasted slice.
  7. Dive into this pigalicious lunch
