COMFORT FOOD – TOASTED GARLIC BREAD WITH BUFFALO MOZZARELLA, BASIL PESTO, AND SALT & VINEGAR SCRATCH MY PORK

Ingredients
- 1 Round of Buffalo Mozzarella
- 1 Bags (Scratch My Pork Salt & Vinegar Flavour) Chopped Roughly
- 50g Basil Pesto
- 100g Garlic Butter
- 3 Slices of Soda Bread or Brown Soda Bread.
Method
- Toast the bread both sides under a grill or in a toaster.
- While the toast is hot, spread loads of garlic butter over one side of the toast.
- Slice the Mozzarella Ball into 9 even slices.
- Place on top of the toasted Garlic slices.
- Drizzle with Basil Pesto.
- Sprinkle lashings of Salt & Vinegar Scratch My Pork On top of each toasted slice.
